Graham TraceHead of Litigation, Investigations & Enforcement – Asia Pacific
Graham leads a team of lawyers covering contentious disputes, internal and regulatory investigations and enforcement actions across the Asia Pacific region for Barclays International. This includes Barclays’ investment banking and corporate businesses across core markets comprising Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan & India. Graham joined Barclays in 2007 from global law firm DLA Piper. He has held various roles in Barclays’ legal function serving the UK retail bank, Barclaycard and group centre functions in the UK, then served the wealth management business on a global basis during and immediately after the global financial crisis. Between 2012-13 Graham worked in Singapore to lead Barclays’ response to MAS’ requirement for that ABS benchmark submitting banks review their historic processes. He returned to Asia in 2015 to lead the regional team and its engagement with regulators.
